Working within tenanted properties, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade tasks including kitchen and bathroom installations, joinery, plumbing, plastering, and general property maintenance. Experience with vinyl flooring is advantageous but not essential. This role would suit a reliable and customer-focused operative who is confident working independently within occupied homes and delivering high-quality workmanship.
