Are you a Multi Skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer working mobile on commercial properties and open to a new role, it maybe for more money (given the cost of living) or maybe for better terms or work life balance. Thrive SW are currently recruiting for a number of Bristol based companies keen to hire due to contract wins and growth 
 
These companies deal with planned and reactive maintenance to offices, hotels, pubs and apartments, generally working 40 hours Mon - Fri with on call between 1 in 6 - 1in 8. Overtime available and private use of vans also come with the roles. 
 
2 jobs -   5 large sites in Bristol only £42-45k
1x Electrical biased
1 x Mechanical HVAC biased 
3 jobs - Mobile Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon £42-45k Electrical biased 
1 Static Engineer (Shifts) Filton based - Electrical biased
1 Static Engineer (Shifts) Filton based - Mechanical biased 
 
You will need to be qualified either Electrically (NVQ level3 & AM2) or Mechanically (plumbing, HVAC, air conditioning, commercial gas) with a good understanding of planned and reactive works to a commercial building, experience of statutory compliance, electrical lighting and power, plant rooms / HVAC / ahu''s as well as basic fabric duties such as plumbing and carpentry. 
 
We also have a number of roles for Electricians, Air Conditioning Engineers, Gas Engineers and Fabric Engineers.
