Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading company in the defence and security sector, is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their Estates Delivery team within UK Defence Operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide multi-skilled maintenance services primarily related to building fabric, including tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, blinds, lock changes, minor door repairs, unblocking drains, and conducting descales.Support other planned, responsive, and demand maintenance requirements.Deliver high-quality business services with moderate supervision and guidance, adhering to defined procedures.Resolve standard queries and escalate more complex issues to senior team members.Ensure high standards of customer service, communicating with tact and diplomacy.Identify and communicate improvement opportunities within your role, assisting with continuous improvement projects and activities.Be part of the on-call rota within the Maintenance Team as required.Develop professional and technical competence through structured learning and work assignments.Job Requirements:Extensive experience in multi-skilled maintenance, including installations, planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance in relation to site services, plant/equipment, and buildings.Delivery of specialist building fabric/systems support and services, maintaining knowledge and awareness of building and energy standards.Experience in implementing and applying robust health, safety, and environmental procedures and ..... full job details .....
