Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Carpenter/Plumber)

Here at Havebury Housing, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Carpenter) to undertake Carpentry, Locksmith, Glazing, Framing and other associated areas of repairs on mainly domestic properties located throughout East Anglia to a high standard.We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.A lot of our roles come with options around home and office flexible working, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.RequirementsOutline of Key Responsibilities Ability to diagnose faults and rectify effectively. Repairs carried out on first visit wherever possibleIdentify any repairs that are not landlord responsibility and bring them to the attention of the line managerWhere additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials requiredUndertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line managerMaintain van to an acceptable condition and ensure its cleanliness and tidiness including maintaining stock levels and stock organisationProvide an exceptional level of customer service to Havbury''s tenants and stakeholders at all timesWe are looking for someone who has Full ..... full job details .....
