The successful individual will be practical, hands-on and capable of working independently. They must be able to diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, protect client property, communicate clearly, and deliver a discreet, white-glove service at all times. This role requires strong finishing standards, good judgement, and the ability to recognise when specialist trades are required. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across private residential, prime and super-prime properties. Inspect, diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and with minimal supervision. Complete repairs to a high standard, with particular attention to presentation and finishing. Identify additional works and report findings, recommendations and specialist requirements clearly.
