Multiskilled Maintenance Operative – Berkshire, Surrey & Sussex

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, supporting a leading developer across sites in Berkshire, Surrey, and Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mix of new build residential and retirement properties, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

Hours: Monday – Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance across residential and retirement properties
• Basic carpentry and making good works
• Painting & decorating (P&D) as required
• Assist with minor repairs and improvements across multiple sites
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a multiskilled maintenance role
• Basic carpentry skills and the ability to make good
• Some painting & decorating experience desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving license (due to travel between sites)
