You would provide training, mentoring, coaching and assessment for apprentices in workplace and college settings, ensuring competency in theoretical and practical skills up to Level 3 in current apprenticeship standards. We are seeking candidates with a solid background in manufacturing engineering or mechatronics, combining technical expertise with teaching or training experience. The starting salary would be between £38,819 and £45,010 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68% ) in addition to a holiday allocation of 42 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays).   To apply for the role...
