Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Uttoxeter Salary: 48,226.25 per annum Shift Pattern: Continental ShiftsThe Opportunity We are recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Uttoxeter. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers who are qualified in either an electrical or mechanical discipline and are looking to further their career within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Working on a continental shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment, helping to maximise plant uptime while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food hygiene.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across manufacturing and packaging equipment.Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities as required.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.Identify and implement opportunities to reduce downtime and improve production performance.Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with health and safety, food safety, and company procedures.Maintain accurate maintenance records using the site''s maintenance management system.Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise disruption and ..... full job details .....
