Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer4on 4off Rotating Days and NightsWe re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an ambitious and rapidly scaling food production business that has seen exceptional growth in recent years.This is a hands-on engineering role where your skills will directly support production reliability and operational performance across a state-of-the-art facility.The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring plant equipment and systems run safely, smoothly, and reliably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.You ll be part of a maintenance team that keeps production uptime high and supports continuous improvement in operational performance.What you ll be doing: Reactive and Planned Maintenance: Resolve breakdowns and deliver planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control systems.Diagnostics and Repairs: Fault-find and repair production machinery and supporting equipment.Preventive Maintenance: Implement and improve preventative schedules to maximise equipment reliability.Continuous Improvement Support: Contribute ideas and practical solutions to reduce downtime and improve performance.
