Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: St. Neots Salary: 52,000 - 56,000 I''m recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business in St. Neots. Ideally, you''ll be a genuinely multi-skilled engineer with both strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, capable of supporting a wide range of production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic company, with a lot of automation and very forward thinking. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs. Diagnose and fault-find on electrical and mechanical equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance. Undertake project work Keeping CMMS system updated Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. Requirements: Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing environment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering PLC experience is welcomed Strong communication for shift handovers, working with production etc. Genuine multi skilled technical capabilities demonstratable.
