I''m recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business in St. Neots. Ideally, you''ll be a genuinely multi-skilled engineer with both strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, capable of supporting a wide range of production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic company, with a lot of automation and very forward thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.

• Diagnose and fault-find on electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.

• Undertake project work

• Keeping CMMS system updated

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing environment.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering

• PLC experience is welcomed

• Strong communication for shift handovers, working with production etc.

• Genuine multi skilled technical capabilities demonstratable.
