You will play a key role in delivering effective maintenance support across your shift, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime.The role involves both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown support across electrical and mechanical systems, contributing directly to site performance and operational KPIs. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipmentRespond to electrical and mechanical breakdownsEnsure full compliance with health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and permit systemsSupport a strong safety culture and promote best practices across siteDiagnose faults and implement effective repairs using sound engineering principlesCarry out root cause analysis to drive continuous improvementMaintain accurate maintenance recordsWork closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Key AccountabilitiesPromote a safe working environment with zero lost-time incidentsComplete all scheduled maintenance tasksEnsure timely response to breakdownsEscalate major issues impacting production Skills and ExperienceEssential:Recognised electrical apprenticeship with strong mechanical skillsMinimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing ..... full job details .....
