Recruit4staff are representing a leading food manufacturing business in their search for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Trafford ParkJob Details:Pay: Up to £52,000 per annum (plus 5% annual bonus)Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off - 2 days and 2 nights, 7am-7pm / 7pm-7amDuration: PermanentBenefits: 5% annual bonus, matched pension contributions up to 8%, 276 hours'' annual leave, life assurance, on-site car park, access to an internal rewards platform, career development and defined progression pathwaysJob Role: As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring effective handovers between shifts and supporting equipment reliability. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will diagnose faults, carry out root cause analysis and use planned maintenance systems to prioritise engineering activities.
