Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Questech Recruitment-are currently recruiting for an experienced-Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer-on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing company based in Leeds.

• Duration:-3 - 6 months-
• Shift Pattern:-Monday - Friday Rotating / (Apply online only) & (Apply online only)

The Role

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, and responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

The Ideal Candidate

• Apprentice trained or qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Multi-skilled with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work continental day and night shifts.
