Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The position is full time, permanent. Salary: £51,000. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Rotating 3 shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Duties: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime. Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs. Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems within the manufacturing plant. Support equipment installations as required. Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports. Work with the production team to ensure optimum machine performance and minimal disruption. Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and quality. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety procedures and company policies. Requirements: Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Hands-on Electrical and Mechanical knowledge. Proven experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals.
