Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Sudbury £56,hr Panama Shifts A well-established manufacturer in Sudbury is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. The site has over 75 years of history and runs high-volume continuous production. You will report to the Engineering Manager. Salary and hours £56,000 per annum12-hour Panama shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends The role Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across production, packaging and plant equipment, using both electrical and mechanical skillsElectrical fault finding and diagnostics on panels, motor drives, controllers, pumps and PLC-controlled automationRoot cause analysis and proactive fault prevention to reduce downtimeSmall electrical and mechanical installation and modification projectsWorking with production and engineering to improve equipment reliabilityCoaching production staff on equipment best practice What you''ll needTo be considered for this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role, you will need: At least 2 years'' experience as a maintenance electrician or similar, with an electrical biasCandG Level 3 Electrical (2330, 2365 or equivalent)Working knowledge of Allen Bradley or Siemens S7 PLCs, including reading code for fault findingPneumatic control experience, good mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skillsExperience in FMCG, food, drink or another high-speed production environmentAble to work from electrical and mechanical ..... full job details .....
