The Role Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you ll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment Fault-finding and effective breakdown response in a time-critical production environment Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiatives Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating days and nights, offering a clear rota and built-in rest periods.
