This is a great opportunity for an engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business operating from a 25,000 sq. ft. bakery producing a wide range of bakery products for major UK retailers. The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be working as part of a skilled engineering team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown fault-finding across a range of automated production machinery. The site has a mixture of electrical and mechanical equipment, including mixers, hoppers, depositors, conveyors, ovens, automated sleeving machines, labellers, flow-wrap machines, refrigeration, effluent plant and site services. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to develop their career both technically and potentially into management. The successful candidate could progress towards a future hands-on Engineering Manager position.
