You'll play a vital role in keeping a busy manufacturing site running safely and efficiently—responding to breakdowns, completing planned maintenance and supporting continuous improvement across the business. Key responsibilities Respond to machinery breakdowns and minimise production downtime Complete planned preventative maintenance, statutory checks and site inspections Prioritise workloads alongside the Engineering Team Leader Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively Complete accurate end-of-shift reports, recording completed work and outstanding issues Manage contractors on site, including inductions, permits and safe working procedures Follow all company health, safety and environmental policies Apply permit-to-work and isolation procedures when required Support engineering and wider site-improvement projects Provide additional emergency-hours cover when required About you Experienced in breakdown maint...
