Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (4 Positions) Salary: Up to 58,000 per annum Due to continued growth and an expansion of the Engineering function, our client is looking to recruit 4 Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their maintenance team at a modern, high-volume food manufacturing facility. These are key positions responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and continuously improving a wide range of production equipment to maximise reliability, efficiency and operational performance. Working closely with Production and Operations, you''ll provide advanced technical support, lead complex fault-finding activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in reducing downtime across the site. The Role Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment. Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults while supporting continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency. Work closely with Production and Operations teams to minimise downtime, maximise equipment availability and support production targets. Maintain accurate maintenance records, PPM schedules and asset information using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Promote engineering best practice and contribute to ongoing improvements across the maintenance function.
