The Role Working as part of an experienced maintenance team, you''ll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring production runs efficiently and machinery performs at its best. The position offers a good mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns, electrical fault finding and continuous improvement. A key part of the role will involve helping the business move towards a more structured preventative maintenance approach, identifying recurring faults and implementing improvements that reduce equipment failures.
