Multiskilled Engineer Required (Mechanical/HVAC)Area: London (Various sites, SE1/EC2N/NW8)Days of Work: 5 days week, 8 hours per day (flexibility required for Saturday)Salary: 40k- 43k per annumPermanent position Basic DBS RequiredGeneral Overview:The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive on a wide variety of Mechanical and HVAC equipment''s in multiple static sites in LONDON along with Minor Electrical work. Ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and company processes and procedures.Shifts will be split in different sites for different days and potential for Saturday to be included in the 5 days at least twice a month. Travelling expenses will be paid. Requirement BTEC Level 3 Certification in Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Level 3 in HVAC CandG Level 3 Heating and Ventilation Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure SystemsExperienced in minor electrical, Plumbing system Maintenance and fault rectification.
