Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

The role is based at a well-invested facility, easily commutable from Nottingham, Melton Mowbray and Grantham.This position offers a refreshing change from typical manufacturing environments by prioritising proactive equipment reliability over high-pressure reactive maintenance. Operating on a Monday to Friday double days shift pattern, you will maintain specialised production machinery and support capital project installations.Role and responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role:Carry out robust PPM schedules and review them for effectiveness.Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to implement effective repairs.Identify, develop and implement improvement projects across the site''s equipment.Utilise Root Cause Analysis techniques to prevent recurring engineering issues.Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and capital projects.Work under the guidance of the shift lead, completing all allocated tasks efficiently.Document all completed works, reports and data accurately.Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety procedures, hygiene standards and company rules.Qualifications and experience needed for this Multi Skilled Maintenance ..... full job details .....
