Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting their longstanding client with the appointment of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.-

We are ideally looking for an electrical leaning candidate but we will consider mechnical bias too as there are plenty of training and development opporutnities on offer.-

Job Description

• Monthly PPM adherence for manufacturing and site assets
• TPM support for production operatives
• First point of contact to achieve SLA for reactive maintenance, change overs where applicable
• To support the upkeep and maintenance of shared site facilities, i.e. compressors, boilers, water treatment plant, lighting, etc.
• Responsible for leading problem solving activities to solve repeat equipment related issues
• Ensuring machines are in a safe working condition when handed back to production
• Involvement in new technology research-
• PLC integration to help identify root cause of breakdowns

Skills Required

• Time served Engineer, recognised apprenticeship-
• Able to demonstrate competence in a wide range of engineering skills and disciplines including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills on wide range of plant and equipment-
• Proven maintenance experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• 18th Edition-
• Ideally electrical bias but we will also consider mechanical-
