Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers (2 positions available) 2 shift pattern (6am-2.30pm and 1.30pm-10pm) no weekends! 45,000 plus 15% shift allowance, over time available Jackson Hogg are delighted to supporting our growing client with the appointment of 2 shift engineers to work on a permanent basis. We ae looking for someone comfortable being the sole engineer on a shift. You wil loversee all aspects of plant maintenance activities, ensuring maximum machine upstime, efficency and safety. This role is a mix of planed preventative maintenance and reactive. Job Description Ensuring all machinery and equipment are capable of delivering the company production requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Carrying out breakdown maintenance in a timely manner. Working closely with the production shift managers to improve machine reliability and process efficiency. Co-ordinate with original equipment manufacturers and contractors for equipment maintenance, upgrades and installations. Create monthly reports on machine reliability and downtime. Be the main point of contact for all external maintenance contractors. Skills Required Time served with previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer Be comfortable with lone working Strong understanding of CNC machines is essential Good communicator ..... full job details .....
