Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving a wide range of production equipment to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency and uptime. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and a commitment to continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to work independently, respond effectively to breakdowns, and contribute to the ongoing development of maintenance processes and junior team members. Key Attributes Time-served Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent engineering qualification. Minimum of 4 years'' experience in a Maintenance Technician role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Multi-skilled maintenance experience across both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure to meet operational deadlines. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
