The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault-finding across electrical, mechanical and plumbing building services, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults. Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, generators and heating systems. Maintain lighting, three-phase electrical systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting and UPS systems.
