Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical background, seeking a permanent position in a successful food manufacturing company? This role offers clear progression to Lead Engineer, excellent work-life balance with a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, and opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime.

You''ll be joining a well-established manufacturer of frozen ready meals, supplying major supermarkets and restaurants since 1984. With 400 employees and ongoing expansion, they''re now looking to strengthen their engineering team.

Working as a pair, you will complete around 10 jobs per shift. This will primarily consist of carrying out routine checks, servicing drains, reviewing equipment and repairing variable maintenance and repairs of machinery where necessary. Shift patterns comprise of 4 days on, 4 days off- 2 days (7am-7pm) and 2 nights (7pm-7am).
