Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (4 Day Week) £40,000 - £43,000 + OTE £53,000 + Overtime + Training + Bonus Dumbarton Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar, looking to join a successful family-run business offering in-house training, overtime, and long-term development? You will work as part of an experienced engineering team within a fast-paced production environment, receiving in-house training while supporting the reliability and performance of heavy industrial machinery. In this varied role, you will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs across conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drive systems, and production machinery. You will troubleshoot engineering issues, support production to minimise downtime, work from mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, and help maintain safe working practices across the site.
