Primary purpose and function of position: Reporting to the First Line Manager, you will play a key role within a high-performing engineering team supporting a fast-paced Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). This is a hands-on engineering role focused on fault finding, problem solving, and driving equipment reliability in a demanding FMCG environment. You will take ownership of issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements to maximise system performance. This role is ideal for an ambitious, proactive engineer who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is motivated to progress into a leadership position.
