Salary: £38,000 - rising to £40,000 after 6 month probation.DAYS ONLY + on call rota 1 week in 4.Benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays 1.5 x overtime Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer include: Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and machinesCarry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across machineryMaintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficientMonitor and commission plant, machinery and systemsTroubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtimeFault findingUndertake test proceduresProvide technical adviceRecommend modifications to the production machinesRepair, service and maintain equipmentRespond to emergency breakdowns promptly We want to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following: NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical EngineeringPrevious experience in manufacturing environmentsProficient with PLCsStrong fault finding skills Our client is looking for someone with experience working on large scale production machinery,who canwork under pressure and has a high level of technical knowledge with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical problems.
