Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Working closely with clients and your team, you will ensure all maintenance works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Understand contract requirements and instructions from clients and line managers.Diagnose faults and repair piping systems, fixtures, and mechanical equipment.Coordinate and carry out works to ensure projects are completed on time.Conduct routine inspections and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).Accurately complete site records, certificates, and risk assessments.Procure materials and manage their use effectively.Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all work activities.Multi-task across different technical areas; HVAC and plant experience is a bonus.RequirementsNVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing and Mechanical qualifications.Experience in building services and facility maintenance roles.Ability to work independently and ..... full job details .....
