This is a varied, hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building services. This position would suit an engineer with either an electrical or mechanical background who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in maintaining high standards across commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with statutory requirements and industry standards. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently. Undertake general building maintenance, including basic plumbing and fabric repairs.
