Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position based with our client in Bradford.

Immediate start available (subject to interview process)

A salary of circa -40,000 to -45,000 (depending on experience)

This will be working a 2-shift pattern:

Shift 1: Monday to Thursday 6:30am till 2:00pm & Friday 6:30am till 12:30pm

Shift 2: Monday to Thursday 2:00pm till 9:45pm & Friday 12:30pm till 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, production equipment, and building services.
• Install, test, and maintain mechanical components, electrical circuits, and control systems.
• Work with production teams to optimise machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work using a CMMS

Skills

• Recognized qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
• Strong fault-finding skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial maintenance.
• Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach to maintenance.
