Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift) 50,700 + Optional Overtime (1.5x) + Yearly Bonus + In-House Upskilling + Long-Term Stability + Days Only Bridgnorth, Shropshire (Commutable from: Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Dudley, Worcester, Walsall)Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias or true multi-skilled) looking for a site-based role with a consistent 4 on 4 off day shift pattern, long-term stability and genuinely varied work on interesting process equipment?This is a permanent position with a well-established anaerobic digestion site where you''ll be part of a small, close-knit engineering team, working on a 50/50 split of planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns. You''ll be supported with in-house upskilling, including electrical courses, whilst working on a plant that is always evolving and improving.The company are a specialist renewable energy operator, exporting electricity via CHP engines and processing food waste through digestion systems.
