Test and Commissioning EngineerLocation: East Yorkshire (Howden/Goole Area) Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Industry: Manufacturing / Process EngineeringThe OpportunityA leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Test and Commissioning Engineer to support the commissioning and start-up of a newly constructed production facility in East Yorkshire.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major capital project involving advanced process equipment and automation systems. The successful candidate will join a skilled engineering team responsible for the testing, commissioning, and early operational support of complex electro-mechanical equipment within a modern manufacturing environment.The role would suit an engineer with strong fault-finding skills, commissioning experience, and a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities will include:Setting up, configuring, testing and commissioning electro-mechanical equipment and systems.Carrying out electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic testing activities.Completing insulation resistance (IR) testing, loop testing and earth bonding verification.Using a variety of test equipment including multi-meters and other diagnostic tools.Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.Supporting installation, commissioning and maintenance activities as required.Ensuring all test procedures, documentation and commissioning ..... full job details .....
