A well-established food manufacturer in Llantrisant is looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its night shift engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement activities to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  * Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
  * Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
  * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
  * Working closely with production to maximise equipment uptime.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally food or FMCG.
  * Multi skilled with both electrical and mechanical experience.
  * Strong fault finding and problem-solving abilities.
  * A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively on a permanent night shift.

In return, the company is offering a salary of -50,000 and the opportunity to join a stable and successful manufacturing business.
