This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a range of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all site machinery Diagnose faults and perform repairs on: Sensors, relays, and drives Inverters CNC machinery Saws Plastic welders Blasting machines Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function Work closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams Skills & Experience Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills Experience working with industrial machinery (CNC, drives, etc.) Background in fenestration (windows/doors manufacturing) is advantageous but not essential Time-served engineers welcome - formal qualifications are not required Training & Development Comprehensive training will be provided Opp...
