Maintenance Engineer 45,000- 50,000 per annum Permanent Full-timeNewark Day shift, Monday-Friday On-siteFamily-run manufacturing business seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair production machinery and minimise downtime.Key duties:Planned, preventative and reactive maintenanceBreakdown response and fault findingMechanical repairs and root-cause analysisConveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains and pneumatic systemsIndustrial processing, shredding, screening and material-handling equipmentWelding, fabrication and fittingSpare parts managementSupporting safe working and continuous improvementRequirements:Strong mechanical maintenance experienceManufacturing/production background preferredWelding and fabrication skillsGood fault-finding and fitting abilityElectrical experience desirableFull driving licencePractical, reliable and self-motivatedMonday-Friday day shift.
