Location: Liverpool Street
Salary: -48,000 - -50,000 basic-
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team at a prestigious corporate office building near Liverpool Street station. You''ll work alongside a dedicated team of 3 engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the building''s systems.

Client facing environment so seeking engineers that have worked in corporate environments previously.-

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.

- PPM, Reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical and HVAC kit onsite.-
- Carry out compliance checks to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with onsite engineers and contractors to deliver seamless services.

- Participate in a callout ROTA (1 in 4 weeks, -100 allowance per week).

Requirements:
- Must be UK-based with a valid right to work.
- No sponsorship available for this role.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to:
- Emergency lighting, fire alarms-
- Single/Three phase power supply-

- PPMs
- FCUs
- AHUs

- Generators-
- Chillers

Skills required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

Worked within building services for the last 5 years

--C&G/NVQ in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering-

Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
