Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a new role in the Commercial Site Maintenance industry? Do you enjoy a varied role that covers internal building maintenance and repairs?

This regional Facilities Services company is expanding due to a new contract win and is now looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team covering the Birmingham region.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and student Accommodation.

Typical works include:

• Plumbing repairs & maintenance
• Carpentry & joinery
• Painting & decorating
• Patch plastering
• Tiling & flooring
• Roofing repairs
• External & groundwork maintenance

You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role, and a vehicle will be provided. 

Ideally, be a qualified tradesperson with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above.
