Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 DOE
Orion is partnered with a Fast-paced food manufacturing company based in Corby, They are recruiting for a highly experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias.
Candidates MUST have FMCG & manufacturing experience & have the right to work in the UK.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Package:

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Shifts: 4x Week shift rotation
- Monday to Friday Week 1 6am – 2pm
- Monday – Friday Week 2 8am – 4pm
- Monday – Friday Week 3 2pm – 10pm
- 10pm – 6am Sunday – Thursday nights
- On call 1 in every 3 paid at premium rate
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Required Experience:
- Must have experience with HMI’s, PLC’s, DCS’s & Scada
- Must be confident with instrument calibrations
- Must be confident in PLC fault finding
- 18th Edition
- NVQ/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering
- Reactive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in FMCG & manufacturing
- Machinery installation & commissioning
- Root cause analysis
- Continuous improvement projects
- Experience with hydraulics & pneumatics
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is crucial
- Experience with machinery like packaging machinery like conveyors, blenders, silos, mixing, check weighers, metal detectors, 3 phase motors, sensors
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Duties:
- Working on maintenance of production line machinery in a food manufacturing environment.
- Fault finding on PLC’s
- PPM’s & reactive maintenance
- Maintaining CMMS system
