Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Branta are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong skills in air conditioning and electrical maintenance to join a well known reputable facilities management company. This is a mobile role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the North East. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems. Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime across client sites. Support wider facilities maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric, and general building services when required. Ensure all works are carried out to industry standards, including F-Gas and electrical compliance. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Skills and Experience Required F-Gas 2079 certification (essential). 18th Edition (BS7671) or equivalent electrical qualification. Proven experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within FM or building services. Strong knowledge of split systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, and chillers. Ability to carry out additional maintenance tasks across building systems. Full UK driving licence (mobile role, van provided). Benefits Competitive pay with overtime opportunities.
