Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer is required in Farringdon, London to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a static commercial site. The role covers electrical and mechanical building services alongside general fabric maintenance, with an electrical bias preferred. This is a client-facing position involving fault finding, small electrical installations, PPM and general building maintenance, so strong communication and a proactive approach are important. The Role As the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you''ll: Complete planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services. Fault-find, test and repair electrical equipment and complete small electrical installations. Carry out general building fabric maintenance and repairs. Inspect building services and respond proactively to faults and repair requirements. Update completed PPM tasks and maintain accurate maintenance records. Support the setup of offices, event spaces and other areas when required. Follow site quality, health, safety and environmental procedures. About You To be successful as the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you''ll have: City and Guilds or NVQ in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
