The successful candidate will undertake planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities - General building fabric repairs including ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, doors, locks, frames and ironmongery. - Minor plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, urinals and drainage issues. - Painting, decorating and making-good works. - Fire door inspections, repairs, door closers, pivots and re-hanging. - Procurement of materials and equipment required for maintenance activities. - Support office fit-outs, refurbishments and planned project works. - Completion of worksheets, compliance documentation and client sign-off procedures. - Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
