Minor plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, urinals and drainage issues. Painting, decorating and making-good works. Fire door inspections, repairs, door closers, pivots and re-hanging. Procurement of materials and equipment required for maintenance activities. Support office fit-outs, refurbishments and planned project works.
