The Business: Carry out electro-mechanical maintenance across converting and packaging machinery. Respond to breakdowns, fault-finding and repairing equipment to minimise downtime and restore production. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete weekly checks on machinery and associated equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects that improve line performance. Install new equipment on an ad-hoc basis as the business continues to develop its manufacturing capability. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activity, PPM schedules, and equipment inspections.
