The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and general building services systems. An electrical bias would be ideal, although candidates with strong plumbing experience are also of particular interest due to recurring fan coil unit leaks. The priority is a practical, can-do engineer who is happy working across multiple trades.
