This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment, playing a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and driving improvements in machinery reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime. Identify recurring equipment failures and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. Undertake root cause analysis (RCA) to investigate breakdowns and prevent repeat failures. Support production teams with machinery changeovers and equipment adjustments. Utilise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record maintenance activities, equipment faults and downtime.
