Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerSalary: 62,000 + OvertimeLocation: NorthamptonShift Pattern: Monday-Friday, rotating early/late shiftsHours: 05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00Permanent PositionThe OpportunityAuxo Engineering is working with an established manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its engineering function and increasing its in-house maintenance capability.We are looking for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a small, growing engineering team within a busy moulding facility.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and playing an active role in improving equipment reliability and site performance.You will be responsible for a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown response, fault-finding and continuous improvement, working across both electrical and mechanical systems.The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Responding to machinery breakdowns, quickly diagnosing faults and carrying out safe and effective repairs.Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise equipment failures and unplanned downtime.Fault-finding on PLC-controlled machinery, inverters, drives, sensors and three-phase electrical systems.Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs on gearboxes, pumps, valves, bearings, pneumatic systems and hydraulic circuits.Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, schematics and ..... full job details .....
